Only English and Chinese are spoken on board. The quality of the recording is for a conversation and nothing more. Recording is turned on by moving the top right button up, and recording is turned off by moving it down. I inserted a micro sd to 128gb, the recorder accepted it normally. Includes micro usb cable, voice recorder, instructions and headphones.
