Return Policy
ZoodMall endeavours to provide the best possible shopping
experience for the customers.
If the items you received are defective, damaged, or not as
described, you can return them within 10 days from the
delivery date. However, if you have simply changed your mind
and wish to return; please do so within 8 hours of placing the
order. For Local orders, from Lebanese sellers, you can only
request for a return within 3 days of receiving the order.

In case of damaged item(s), you must contact our support
team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. However, for
Local orders, from Lebanese sellers, you must contact our
support team within 24 hours only.

The goods must be in new condition and returned in the
original packaging along with all accessories (including
manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and
free gifts received with it.

The product must not have been used or installed or had any
data inputted

All items in the bundle must be returned in order for the
return to be processed

You need to ensure that some product (Like Milk Formula) is
not opened, as otherwise it will not be accepted for return.
Please note that for hygienic (under garment etc.) and
logistical reasons, some items are not returnable.
If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish
to proceed with the return, you can click on ‘Contact Support’
next to the item from your Order page, initiate a return.
Or you can directly contact us by phone +998 71 207 00-75 in
the event that your return is confirmed valid through
evaluation (within 5 business days of receiving items in
ZoodMall warehouse), we will notify you and, reimburse you
with a refund within 14 days. If your return is not valid, the
item will be sent back to you.
Return/Refund or cancellations are not allowed of any
perishable goods. To ensure that you are satisfied with the
product you received, please inspect the contents as soon as
your order arrives.
