I thought it could keep a cup of tea hot, but it doesn't, it keeps a cup hot that is already hot. Not very satisfied. The charger is not included, only the plug is supplied, be careful you need a good adapter like mine, otherwise it won't turn on

There is a slight smell, the size corresponds, the color is as in the picture, it turns on when the mug is placed, the connector is only as in the photo (there is no adapter)

It’s very bad that the wire is poorly shown in the pictures, because I didn’t see the plug there, so I wouldn’t order a heater with such a plug, it’s not convenient

Receve this packege, the box a bit smash from out side but the Thermostatic Health Coasters is OK, thats the important thing works ok and no damage , this is what I need to keep my coffe warm when I'm working on my laptop at home or at the office.
