Inside, everything is filled with a thick transparent layer like epoxy, so moisture does not get on it and on the wire. Accordingly, there is no access for repair. The box is in the trash, the goods are whole.

Everything is fine. The charger is flawless and works great. I used an Oral B toothbrush.

A torn package, a tattered side of the charger. Hopefully no performance implications.. The brush seems to be charging.
