There are no fasteners...

I put 5 for delivery, but I don’t advise buying this cover, I already took this one and again didn’t look at it, I ordered it burned out at the first ironing, why now I’ll be more careful DO NOT BUY G ........ BUT

Great ironing board cover

Too small at the edges!!! Slips down from the sides, fits exactly in length!!!

The product is of good quality, but it didn’t suit me - a small diameter, it lay deep in the drain (I had to measure the diameter of the drain in my sink before ordering)
