There are three modes: 3 hours for leather shoes, 6 hours for sports shoes and 9 hours for everything else. Automatic shutdown after use. It warms up decently. European plug, no problems. Fills the shoes completely, providing structural strength. So far we're happy. High quality build. Well, the power cord could have been made longer.
